Where we ship

We ship internationally. The delivery time depends on the destination and is confirmed when the order is placed, before paying: we do not publish a single delivery time because it is not the same for every country.

When it is paid and when it leaves

The order is paid in full when it is confirmed, and shipping does not begin until that payment is confirmed.

What is in stock is dispatched within the delivery time of the chosen destination. What is not in stock is reserved: the payment sets aside the unit in the next restock and it is delivered within a maximum of 30 days, plus transit to the destination.

If the order combines both, you choose how to receive it. Either in two deliveries —the first with what is available, within the destination's delivery time; the second with the reserved part— or you wait until it is complete and receive it all together. You choose when placing the order, and it costs the same either way: shipping is charged once per order. In both cases it is one order —one code, one payment— and each delivery has its own tracking.

What shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown in the order summary before paying, next to the subtotal and the total. It depends on the destination, and above 500 USD —8.500 MXN in Mexico— it is included at no cost. The amount is measured against the product subtotal, before discounts: a coupon or the first-order discount does not take away included shipping.

While there is no published rate for a destination, the summary says so in those words —the cost is confirmed when delivery is arranged— and no amount is charged for it when the order is confirmed.

How the compound travels

The compounds travel lyophilised and tolerate ambient temperature during transport: they do not require a cold chain. Refrigeration is only necessary from reconstitution onwards, already in the hands of whoever receives the order.

Import duties and taxes

The buyer is responsible for any duty, tax or customs charge that their country applies to the import. These charges are not included in the order price and are paid directly to customs or to the carrier, as applicable.
