These terms govern the purchase of research compounds from SYNTRA LABS. By confirming an order, the buyer declares that they accept them; that acceptance is recorded with their name, their email, the date and the version of this text, in the same way the confirmation of age and intended use is recorded when entering the site.

What is sold
SYNTRA LABS sells research compounds (Research Use Only, RUO). They are not medicines, they hold no FDA approval nor that of any other health authority for human or veterinary use, and they are not sold to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Each batch is published only once its certificate of analysis exists, with chromatogram and mass spectrum.
Who may buy
Purchase is restricted to persons over 21 years of age with the legal capacity to contract, who acquire the compounds exclusively for laboratory research or analytical development. The buyer assumes responsibility for the handling, storage and disposal of the compounds in accordance with the rules of their own jurisdiction.
Price and payment
Prices are published in United States dollars (USD). The order is paid in full when it is confirmed. When a compound is not in stock, that payment constitutes a reservation: it sets aside the unit in the next restock and commits a delivery time of up to 30 days. An order without confirmed payment is not set aside and does not enter production.
If a single order combines compounds in stock with reserved compounds, it ships in two deliveries: what is in stock leaves within the destination's delivery time, and the reserved part when the restock arrives. It is one order, with one code and one payment; what is split is the shipment, not the charge. Holding back what is already on the shelf until the rest arrives delays by weeks something that was ready.
Shipping
We ship internationally. The delivery time is confirmed when the order is placed, according to the destination, and is detailed in our Shipping policy.
Refunds and returns
No returns are accepted and no refunds are issued, as detailed in our Refund policy.
Use of the site
The content of this site —including the technical sheets, the reconstitution calculator and the protocols— is offered for informational purposes to support research, and does not replace the professional judgement of whoever carries it out. Its reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior authorisation from SYNTRA LABS.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYNTRA LABS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the compounds outside the purpose declared in these terms. SYNTRA LABS' total liability for an order does not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.
Governing law
The compounds are sold as Research Use Only (RUO): they are not medicines, they hold no approval from any health authority for human or veterinary use, and they are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Changes to these terms
We may revise this text when the way we operate changes. The date above indicates the last revision; orders already confirmed are governed by the version in force at the time of acceptance, which is recorded.
